At NU.LIV we understand our place in the market. We are investor backed property developers of small and medium sized schemes, ranging from several houses to blocks of 10-15 flats. It’s not just our bread and butter, it is what we love.
Property development isn’t just buying land, getting planning permission and building a house, or flat. It is much more than that. It is about designing the perfect home, or flat, swiftly getting through the planning permission process, which can be an ordeal, building the best quality home, not just in the sense of materials, but also the functionality modern day homes and living requires, all within a tight budget and an even tighter time frame.
We are orderly, creative (not just in the design sense), efficient at managing workloads, all whilst working diligently and precisely, and prioritising communicating with our investors and stakeholders throughout the development processes – i.e. acquisition, design, planning and construction.
When we work, we have our investors in mind, as well as the end users of our homes, ultimately driving us to work on time, on budget to ensure lucrative returns for investors, and ourselves, and at a space that gives the eventual homeowner a space that they are proud to call their home.
Pavan, our director, has a strong foundation in property and construction, combining practical experience from childhood with professional knowledge in both property development and finance. The decision to start his own home building company in 2014, Harper Homes, built on his lifelong exposure to the field.
The intention was to progress into property development after several quick projects, however Pavan developed a knack and enjoyment for home building, starting with renovations and advancing to larger new build projects.
This adaptability and willingness to follow his passion, diverging from the original plan, has allowed Pavan to gradually expand the scope and scale of projects, gaining a diverse experience in the residential property sector.
Fast forward 10 years, NU.LIV is born, ready to take on development
